Can I sign up at the last minute?
Yes, as long as there are spots left! Check real-time availability on our website or via the mobile app.
How do I know if a class is full?
Classes marked as "full" on the schedule have an active waiting list. Sign up to be notified if a spot opens up.

You can cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before the class. After that, the session is non-refundable.
Do you accept gift cards for group classes?
Absolutely! Our gift cards are valid for all classes, both online and in-studio.

Do I need to bring my own mat?
No! Mats, resistance bands, and blocks are provided. However, you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer; this would replace the towel that is required.

Yes, a towel is required for hygiene and everyone's comfort. If you forget yours, you can rent or purchase one on-site.
Should I arrive early for my first class?
We recommend arriving 8 minutes before the class starts so you can get settled in comfortably. Late arrivals will not be permitted.

Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. We practice barefoot or in socks.
Can I drink water during class?
Yes, water fountains are available. Bring your own reusable bottle or purchase one at the front desk.
