How do I book a group class?
Choose your class from our online schedule, click "Book", and follow the steps. You will receive an email confirmation with all the details.

‍Can I sign up at the last minute?
Yes, as long as there are spots left! Check real-time availability on our website or via the mobile app.

‍How do I know if a class is full?
Classes marked as "full" on the schedule have an active waiting list. Sign up to be notified if a spot opens up.

‍Pricing & Payments
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before the class. After that, the session is non-refundable.

‍Do you accept gift cards for group classes?
Absolutely! Our gift cards are valid for all classes, both online and in-studio.

‍Are there student discounts?
Yes, present your student ID at the front desk to receive a discount.

‍Class Information
Do I need to bring my own mat?
No! Mats, resistance bands, and blocks are provided. However, you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer; this would replace the towel that is required.
‍Do I need to bring a towel?
‍Yes, a towel is required for hygiene and everyone's comfort. If you forget yours, you can rent or purchase one on-site.
‍Should I arrive early for my first class?
We recommend arriving 8 minutes before the class starts so you can get settled in comfortably. Late arrivals will not be permitted.

‍What should I wear for a Pilates or yoga class?
Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. We practice barefoot or in socks.

‍Can I drink water during class?
Yes, water fountains are available. Bring your own reusable bottle or purchase one at the front desk.

Are there changing rooms and showers on-site?
Yes, we have private changing rooms with showers, toiletries, and hair dryers at your disposal.

‍Can I leave my belongings safely at the studio during class?
We have lockers with keypad codes.
